Good fit for

The zero-gravity feature helps those with back pain find relief. You will appreciate the AI voice control if you prefer hands-free operation. The full-body airbag coverage benefits users seeking circulation improvement. The included phone holder and wireless charging pad add convenience for long sessions.
Who should skip it
You should skip this option if you live in a small apartment. The chair measures 63.8 inches in length and weighs 163 pounds. It requires significant floor space to operate safely. Users under five feet tall may find the seat too large. The X-Large design might feel overwhelming in tight rooms. If you need a compact unit for small spaces, look for a smaller model instead. This chair is built for dedicated relaxation areas.
Verdict: The Notired L183B offers a robust massage experience with its SL-track and zero-gravity features. It is ideal for users who value comprehensive coverage and modern controls.
Key specs explained for the L183B
SL-Track, 53 inches
This track runs along your spine from neck to hips. The 53-inch length ensures the rollers cover your entire back, not just the lower area. You get a deeper massage that follows your body's natural curve. This is longer than standard 40-inch tracks. It suits taller users or those wanting full spinal support. Shorter tracks often miss the mid-back.
Auto Programs, 12
The chair comes with 12 preset massage routines. You do not need to mix and match techniques manually. Each mode combines specific movements for a complete session. This is ideal if you want quick results without learning complex controls. Compare this to chairs with fewer modes, which may limit your options. More presets offer variety for daily use.
Control Method, AI voice control, joystick
You can operate the chair using voice commands or a physical joystick. Voice control lets you change settings hands-free. The joystick offers precise manual adjustments. This dual approach suits users who prefer talking over pressing buttons. It also helps those with limited dexterity. Standard remotes require two hands, which this setup simplifies.
Heat Zones, waist and calves
Heating elements are located in the lower back and lower legs. Warmth helps relax tight muscles and improves blood flow. You get targeted relief where tension often builds up. This is common in mid-range chairs. Some luxury models heat the entire back. These specific zones focus on the most sore areas after a long day.
Body Scanning, Body Scan
The chair scans your body to find your back shape. It then adjusts the massage path to fit you perfectly. This ensures the rollers hit the right pressure points. You do not need to manually align yourself. This feature is essential for comfort. Without it, the massage might miss key spots or press too hard on the wrong areas.
Design And Build Overview
The Notired L183B is an X-Large recliner with a black finish. The listing states it measures 29.5 inches wide, 44.9 inches high, and 63.8 inches long. It weighs 163 pounds. This footprint requires a dedicated space in your room. The X-Large size suggests it accommodates larger body types comfortably. You should measure your area to ensure the chair fits without blocking pathways.
Control options include AI voice commands and a Bluetooth-connected joystick. The joystick allows you to scroll videos and adjust volume without interrupting your session. A phone holder is also included for easy viewing. Wireless charging and a USB port keep your devices powered. These features let you relax hands-free while staying connected to your entertainment.
The chair arrives fully assembled, so you do not need to build it. It comes with a two-year warranty and full customer support. This setup saves you time and effort. The zero-gravity recliner type adjusts your angle for weightless relaxation. The design prioritizes convenience and immersive audio. You can pair your phone with the built-in Bluetooth speakers. This creates a focused environment for stress relief. The layout supports full-body airbag coverage from shoulders to feet.
Setup and daily operation guide
You do not need to assemble this chair. The listing states it arrives fully assembled and ready for immediate use. This eliminates the typical setup time and tool requirements associated with other massage chairs. You simply place the unit in your chosen location. The chair measures 63.8 inches in length, 29.5 inches in width, and 44.9 inches in height. Ensure you have enough clearance around the base for the zero-gravity recline function.
For control, you have two primary options. The joystick allows manual adjustment of positions and massage settings. Alternatively, you can use the AI voice recognition system for hands-free operation. This lets you start sessions or change modes without reaching for the device. You can also connect your phone via Bluetooth to the built-in speakers. This integration allows you to play music or watch videos while using the phone holder attached to the chair.
Daily maintenance involves keeping the surface clean and ensuring the wireless charging pad and USB port remain accessible for your devices. The chair includes a two-year warranty, which covers performance reliability. You can adjust the heat zones for your waist and calves independently. The airbag system and rollers operate based on the selected auto mode. You do not need to manually position the rollers, as the body scan feature identifies your back structure to align the 53-inch SL-track correctly.
Before you buy this chair
This unit arrives fully assembled, so you skip the setup hassle. However, its X-Large footprint demands careful planning. Measure your space against the 63.8-inch length and 29.5-inch width before placement. You must ensure your floor can support the 163-pound weight. The chair includes a wireless charging pad and USB port, but you still need nearby power outlets. Verify your Bluetooth devices pair correctly with the built-in speakers and joystick. The AI voice control works best in quiet rooms. You should wipe down the black leather regularly to prevent dust buildup. This model fits well if you want zero-gravity relief without assembly stress. Compare it against other 1 options on the page. If you prioritize deep tissue work and voice commands, this chair suits you. If you need compact storage or app control, look elsewhere. Check the height compatibility for your body type. Ensure you have room for the full airbag coverage.
